will never insult your intelligence with sales gimmicks like this one.
Q: How long will the closet
installation take?
A: Just long enough to get it right. Most closet installations are completed
in one day. Parts are made to order in our shop in order to minimize the
time spent, and dust created in your home. No need to stay home during
closet installation, our in-house installers know what to do and do not
need your oversight.
Q: How soon could you install
a closet, home office, or Murphy bed solution?
A: Speedy service is a #1 priority. Maybe two days or two weeks, it depends
on what you order and when you will be ready. Plan ahead, you can never
be too early to plan. Pre-constrution closet planning is a very smart
idea. Custom wood orders will take longer

Q: Will Closet Solutions repaint
my walls prior to closet installation?
A: We want you to obtain the best results,so have your painter remove
the existing shelves and repaint prior to our arrival. Otherwise our installers
will fill (one time) any nail holes exposed by the removal of existing
cleats or wire closet shelving. It is difficult to paint around the closet
system which we will install. For the best results, re-paint walls prior
to our arrival. Closet Solutions may recommend a painter.
Q: What about payment terms?
A: A 50%deposit gets you a date on the installation calendar, and your
closets fabricated and installed in the Boston area. Any balance due is
accepted promptly upon completion.
Q: What about a warranty?
A: We have confidence in our products, and therefore a very good warranty
